1 1/2 cup flour
3 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter + 1 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla
- Sift the dry ingredients into a large bowl and make a well in the middle.
- Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl & add to the well of the dry ingredients; mix well.
- Melt remaining 1 tbsp of butter in a pan over medium heat; use an ice cream scoop to cook evenly sized pancakes — ENJOY!
